• How long does shipping take? We process orders within 1–2 business days. Standard US delivery typically takes 3–7 business days.

• Is shipping free? Yes, Tolvera offers Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders.

Product Care

• Do your planters have drainage holes? Most of our planters include drainage holes to promote healthy root systems. Please check the specific "Product Details" section on each product page for confirmation.

• Are these suitable for outdoor use? Our Stone Composite collection is weather-resistant and suitable for outdoors. Our Ceramic collection is best suited for indoor use or covered patios.

Orders & Returns

• What if my planter arrives broken? While we use heavy-duty packaging, accidents happen. Email a photo to contact@Tolvera.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.

• What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original packaging.
